The Beni M'Guild rugs are thick, deep pile rugs, made for protection against the harsh winters of the Middle Atlas Mountains.They are mainly woven by the women of the tribe.The rugs are full of deep colors such as mauve, warm red, blue, orange and brown.They were mainly used as sleeping blankets.
